I decided to make Dan some bookmarks instead of a card this year. I made him three and Nathan made him one. He reads a lot at work, so I knew he could use them. I also made him his favorite dessert, banana cream pie. I wanted to give him the money for a ham radio, but we just don't have any extra right now. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful husband. He's such a great father to the girls and Nathan.
We also went down to see my Dad. We gave him a big bag of snacks and he was thrilled! He's been working so hard lately to get the barn ready for the horses. He's awesome!
