I couldn't believe it, but we got a call when we were on vacation for a BABY! I was so upset because we've only had one phone call per year, and both years it was at vacation time. I don't know how old the baby was or if it was a girl or boy, but I am so disappointed that we missed out! At the same time, Heavenly Father knows everything, and if we were supposed to have that baby, it would have worked out. I keep telling myself that, and it really does help.
We got our first cucumbers from our garden yesterday! They were so good! Dan and Megan had cucumber sandwiches right away. I ate my plain, although I love cucumber sandwiches, too. It was heavenly! There is nothing like a homegrown cucumber, fresh from the garden.
